Five necklace designs that qualify for any bridal look

Necklaces are the highlight of an Indian bridal look. Sitting pretty on the bride's heart, it infuses the much-needed charm into the look. It's also your choice in design and variety that determine your look. With so much riding on it, it is advisable to choose your necklace carefully. Don't fret when I say, carefully. You are lucky that the Indian jewellery heritage has a diverse variety to offer.

Out of so many options, here I have picked up top five necklaces that come from different cultures of India yet have all the trappings to blend with your bridal look.

The third neckwear in the bunch is the most revered Kohlapuri Saaj that was mostly worn by married women in the royal courts. However, today the popularity of this necklace is not as on par with the time of Shahuji Maharaj yet it's charm is inspiring as it used to in any era.

Rajasthani Aad embellished with Polki and Rubies can do wonders to your bridal look any day.

Mango Haram from South India too can add the much deserved sparkle and shine to your look.

Guloband is another design marvel from Rajasthan's treasure trove.

This Navratna necklace is not just an apt example of 'Unity in Diversity' but also a colourful constellation of gemstones.
